Bite Hard Cider

Matt regularly appears with Jordan Rich on “Connoisseur’s Corner” which airs on WBZ (https://wbznewsradio.iheart.com/) weekdays at 11:55 AM.

The following is a “script” for one of Matt’s segments:

Having grown up in the apple country of Westford, MA, I love me some cider! And while I am a fan of such local legends as Angry Orchard, Bantam, Citizen, and Far From the Tree, my new fave may be from all the way across in California.

The Boonville-based brands’ name is Bite Hard, but the slow-fermented English style cider is surprisingly smooth and satisfying. There is a bite, but it is just as sweet and succulent as the real apples from which the cider is made (albeit with a bit of alcohol thrown in for fun!).

The company has been run for nearly 10 years by an experienced winemaker from Napa and his merry band of cider fans. And their care and love of what they do and make comes through in every sip!

So while local apples may be Veryfine, when it is time to taste something out of town and out of the ordinary, be sure to Bite Hard!
