Lantana Hummus

Matt regularly appears with Jordan Rich on “Connoisseur’s Corner” which airs on WBZ (https://wbznewsradio.iheart.com/) weekdays at 11:55 AM.

The following is a “script” for one of Matt’s segments:

Ok, Folks- It’s time to get excited about hummus again!

Follow me here.

I have been a casual fan for many years, but when I saw a hummus named after the Florida town where I used to help my grandfather in his custom frame shop, I got sentimentally excited and decided to try something new.

Boy, am I glad I did!

Perhaps because it is actually based in Austin, TX (and not in FL at all), Lantana hummus seems to want to keep hummus a bit weird, by which I mean creatively delicious!

In addition to their traditional variety, Lantana offers such tastebud-stretching types as beet, cucumber, edamame, white and black bean, and yellow lentil hummus, each of which go as well with chips and dips as they do straight on a spoon! They even just released a line of fruit hummus, including strawberry and mango, strawberry, mango, blueberry and cherry. So now you can enjoy hummus even when you crave sweet!

So even if the word “Lantana” does nothing for you, I assure you that the food brand will put you in a good “frame” of mind.
