We recently talked about how the Perrina family, owners of Toscana in Peabody, were doing so much good for the community through their Nutré prepared meals and their #FeedingHeroes program (which can still be accessed at www.gonutre.com/donations). In addition to donating thousands of meals and dollars to help those dealing with Covid 19 (including staff at Mass General Hospital, Lowell and Lawrence General Hospitals, Beth Israel Lahey Health, Mount Auburn Hospital, and Cambridge Health Alliance), often with the help of players from the New England Patriots, the team at Nutré has also joined forces with a new clothing company called 195essential that creates shirts and other items for “essential” people (including doctors, nurses, and teachers). The company has already pledged $1000 donation to Nutré and, for every shirt purchased, Nutré will donate another meal. They are also inviting people to nominate their favorite frontline workers to win a special shirt. I just got one for my wife and must say that they are attractive if not essential!

In addition to their nutritious, dietary restriction-sensitive meals, the Nutré team is now also offering grocery delivery too! So even if all you need are a few staples, the Nutré team can make sure you have all you need to stay healthy even in these unhappy times.
