COFFEE BREAK

In a blatant example of self-promotion, I am happy to announce that I will be interviewing Harvard Medical School’s own Dr. Sanjiv Chopra at Drip Café on Tuesday, June 17 at noon as the first of a series of author interviews based upon my popular author talk show, “The Writer’s Block” which is produced by The Needham Channel and shown nationally on YouTube and other outlets.
As Matt’s Meals fans know, Drip Café is the latest triumph for the Craft Food Hall team and offers hand-crafted drinks featuring Counter Culture coffee and  MEM Tea as well as housemade lemonades, NOBL juices, and other delicious sips that work well for a coffee break, midday refresher, or to complement their many excellent edibles, including freshly-baked bagels and pastries, sandwiches, yogurt parfaits, and chocolate treats from our friends at Taza.

If you are not such a coffee fan, listening to the world-famous author and medical expert Dr. Sanjiv Chopra will surely change your mind (as it did mine!), as he includes coffee among his “Big Five” daily must-haves for health and happiness. To find out what the other four are, come by Drip Café on the 17th or check out his book, The Big Five: Five Simple Things You Can Do to Live a Longer, Healthier Life. Of course, Dr, Chopra will also be discussing his popular book, Coffee The Magical Elixir: Facts That Will Astound And Perk You Up, at the event and guests will have the chance to meet Dr. Chopra and ask questions in an intimate setting that will engender human connection (another of the “Big Five”!).

We hope to see you there!
