Anyone who has ever eaten a treat from Rosie’s Bakery knows how delicious these handmade dollops of love are!
Not only are they now available in every Star Market location, as well as many Donelan’s and Shaw’s, but Rosie’s has also expanded their menu to include an M&M cookie that melts in your mouth (not in your hand).
What may be the most impressive at this time, however, is the fact that a mother from Littleton who had apparently never enjoyed Rosie’s before was so impressed that she gathered her local mom’s group, ordered a slew of cookies, and delivered them to the Littleton Fire Department and Police, as well as the DPW and Electric Light and Water Departments. In the process, they also raised over $1,000 to support local first responders as well and are continuing to combine Rosie’s delicious baked goods with other area favorites to say “thank you” to all the people who are working so hard to keep them safe and secure.
Rosie’s proprietor Galina Laffer was even able to get Newton’s legendary Cabot Ice Cream involved to put the icing on the cake (or actually the ice creamon the cookies!).
For those who want to bring the Rosie’s magic home, frozen dough is also now available and it makes a great family activity that magically becomes a delicious family treat!
