Boston Public Market BlueBerry

Matt regularly appears with Jordan Rich on “Connoisseur’s Corner” which airs on WBZ AM 1030 (http://boston.cbslocal.com) weekdays at 11:55 AM.

The following is a “script” for one of Matt’s forthcoming segments:

It’s hard to believe that the Boston Public Market has been opened for two years and even harder to believe that some people have yet to go there to shop, eat, or see what is new in the local food and craft worlds.

In order to bring their great produce and knowhow to more people, the Market is launching the BPM Blueberry, a tricycle-based mobile farmstand that will allow the Market to share its bounty with people who cannot always get to Haymarket or to the home bases of the Market’s many amazing vendors. In fact, people can contact the Market to request visits by the Blueberry, making it a great way for schools and community centers to bring good food and nutrition know how to them!

Among the scheduled stops will be Friday evenings at the Children’s Museum, where the Blueberry will visit as part of the Museums Fresh Fridays program.

For those who do make it to the Market, the popular Summer Sip & Shop will continue to offer wine and beer for visitors on Fridays from 3-7 throughout the summer.

So drop by BPM or have them come to you. Either way, it’s a delicious treat!
