Just as their technologies have made an oasis in the desert and a leader in many fields, Israel is now producing some of the best wines around – emes!

Gone are the days of syrupy stuff that you had to choke down to feel the pain of the ancient Hebrews. Today’s kosher wines are winning awards in Jewish and general wine competitions around the world.
