Having had great success with the retro-lutionary Fossil Fuel program we recently discussed, Brian Poe and his talented team at Bukowski’s in Cambridge have come up with a new idea that is sure to bear fruit- or rather vegetables.

Abandoning the done-to-death Taco Tuesday idea, Poe has raised the humble potato to new status by introducing Tater Tot Tuesdays. Every pre-Humpday night, Bukowski’s will offer a set of five creative spud specials in a mini menu that will change seasonally. For the fall kickoff, the selection ranges from Poutine tots to sweet potato hash tots. There is even a tofu tot for the veggie fans in the crowd. And every tot comes with a specially-selected beer pairing from such brilliant brewers as Moat Mountain, Aeronaut, and Great Divide, making each order a mini-meal in itself!
