After making his mark in a non-traditional location (namely the amazing Social at the Crown Plaza Hotel) and being the star of the show at such events as Culinary Fight Club and Pedro Martinez’s Feast with 45, Chef Justin Rexroad is taking his show on the road and going solo.
In addition to being a star chef, Justin is also a dad and a really cool guy, and that allows and encourages him to have plenty of pages in his cookbook for everything from birthday parties to big game tailgates to formal events, all of which he regularly pulls off with style and aplomb. Among his many satisfying stops have been the Bacon Bourbon Fest Boston, WGBH Food and Wine Fest, The Hampton Beach Seafood Festival and St. Anthony’s Feast in the North End. Chef Rexroad’s fan faves (which regularly satisfy a growing cadre of ravenous fans- myself included) range from mackerel crudo and braised rabbit cannelloni to foie gras mousse with onion jam and an amazing braised veal with morel mushrooms. His portfolio is about as wide and vast as any chef can have and that’s what keeps him excited and hungry for more and more!
