While it is not quite ready to celebrate its bat mitzvah, Beyond Bubbe’s Kitchen is getting ready for its 10thanniversary, which will take place on March 3 at the Back Bay Events Center in the old John Hancock tower.
As usual, this open event will offer tastes from some of the area’s best Jewish and Jewish-inspired chefs and venues, including crazy knishes from Michael’s Deli, sweet treats from Galit’s Treats, healthy stuffers from Bona Pita (which recently expanded into West Roxbury), Sephardic standouts from The Chubby Chickpea’s Avi Shemtov (who recently opened Sincha in Sharon), gratuity-free greatness from Juliet’s Josh Lewin and Noah Clickstein, deli delights from Mamaleh’s, Public Market-inspired ideas from Inna’s Kitchen (which recently reopened in Newton), the vegetarian values of Rebecca Arnold’s Whole Heart Provisions, and Italian inspirations from La Morra’s Josh Ziskin.
To wash it all down, there will also be offerings from Atlantic Imports, Bantam Cider, Jack’s Abby beer, and Privateer Rum.
While not everything is kosher, the vibe will be truly haimischeand the food and drink will be strictly delicious.
So grab your bubbeand zaideand schlep into town for what is sure to be a tenth-anniversary celebration of food, culture, and fun!
