The saying goes, by your children ye shall be taught. Fortunately, my girls are so into protecting the earth and doing what they can to cut down on waste that, when they recently asked me why I throw the (allegedly-used) coffee grounds down the drain, I began to look for something more productive to do with them.
In a short time, I came upon the Asobu cold brew maker. Not only has it saved food, it helps me savor the flavor of coffee throughout the day and regardless of the weather!
