For over three decades, Chef Daniel Bruce has been combining his exquisite culinary ideas with some of the world’s best wines in a can’t-miss event known as the Boston Wine Festival.
As Chef Bruce and his talented team are so interested in serving and satisfying the entire community (and not just oenophiles), they have partnered with Share Our Strength so that proceeds from the Festival can support those for whom a lavish dinner with wine would not be feasible.
On February 28, the Boston Wine Festival will again present Uncorked for a Cause at the Boston Harbor Hotel.
At the fancy and fun event (which will behosted by TV personality Taniya Nayak), guests can enjoy a sumptuous buffet of Chef Bruce’s standouts, live music, and, of course, amazing wine from around the world. There will even be a wine auction for those who want to give more and take little something home to share with friends in their communities.
For those of us who are fortunate enough to be able to enjoy such extravagant events, the Boston Wine Festival (and especially Uncorked for a Cause) are still special treats. And they are even better when you know that part of your ticket price is going to help those for whom such dreams pop like bubbles in champagne.
