The following is a “script” for one of Matt’s segments:

As I also write for and about entrepreneurs, I am a big fan of shows like Everyday Edisons and Shark Tank. It may be no surprise, then, that I have found a lot of new favorite foods from that fishy show. And while I may not be able to bankroll them like the sharks do, I still like to support others who have a can-do attitude and a desire to build better mousetraps.

Among my most recent discoveries is Mush, a ready-to-eat overnight oats offering that cold-soaks their oats and adds dairy-free milk so it can be eaten at any time with anything else despite almost any food sensitivity or allergy. They are gluten-free, non-GMO, and packed with protein and fiber, so they are great as a side or an entire meal or power snack. Most importantly, the flavors like apple pie, strawberry, dark chocolate, and coffee and coconut cream are all made with fewer than seven real ingredients, so you know what you are putting into your body no matter when you choose to do so.

So while I am a big fan of soaking my own oats with the liquid of my choice (as I do with Overnight Organics), there is something to be said for having a convenient, ready–to-eat version that even comes with its own spoon!
