With all the restaurants and food friends that have not made it out of the pandemic, it is all the more encouraging to talk about one that continues to thrive, especially when it is one of my personal favorites!

Farm Grill and Rotisserie is about to celebrate 25 years in Newton. And though their traditional Greek Day celebration is not possible right now, the Iliades family (which also runs the Greek International Food Market in West Roxbury) will be celebrating with special menu items and other ways for people to enjoy their deliciuous, freshly-made and Mediterranean Diet-approved delights.

Speakinh of the Mediterranean Diet, Farm Grill has also been working with Registered dietitian and nutrition educator Cindy Crowninshield, who recently wrote about the benefits of Greek foods on the Farm Grill website (www.farm–grill.com).

In their everlasting effors to support the community, Farm Grill will be holding a raffle with proceeds going to other businesses in the area! Starting in April, they will also be donating their amazing soups to the Newton Food Pantry.
