A revived license to enjoy at Hearth Pizzeria (Originally posted 12/15)

Hearth Pizzeria

You know I am a big fan of Hearth Pizzeria in Needham. Well, I am happy to report that they recently revived their beer and wine license and that Chef Ivan will be taking full advantage, pairing his creations to match the beers and wines, including their own organic house red and white which were curated by Mise wines.

Even if you are not interested in alcohol, a visit to Hearth is always a treat, as Chef Ivan cares for each plate as if it were for his own family- mostly because he considers his guests like family. From the salads that feature ingredients from Needham’s famed Volante Farm and other local sources to a sweet and spicy gazpacho that takes the bounty right out of Chef Ivan’s own garden to the pizzas that offer any one of hundreds of taste combinations, Hearth is a cornucopia of freshness and flavor.

Even if beer and wine are not your thing, Hearth offers delicious drinks like their hand-crafted iced teas, lemonade, a chocolate milk that doubles as dessert and, of course, Grillo’s Pickles!

So regardless of whether you missed the beer and wine or not, Hearth Pizzeria is always a great place to eat, drink, and be merry!
