Though the Seaport is showing signs of overdevelopment, it is good to know that you can still find places where everybody knows your name.

Building on the success of his flagship Cheers and Hampshire House establishments, local hospitality honcho Tom Kershaw has opened another of his popular 75 restaurants in the new multi-use space known as One Seaport near the beautiful John Joseph Moakley Courthouse.

Following the success of Beacon Hill hotspot 75 on Chestnut and the nearby 75 on Liberty Wharf, 75 on Courthouse Square will offer another friendly neighborhood bar and fine dining establishment along with rentable event space that features traditionally-inspired contemporary menu items like Nantucket seafood stew, Atlantic cod, fish and chips, and a BBQ sirloin steak sandwich that will surely satisfy any CEO, JD, or guest of the new movie theater upstairs. There will also be weekend brunches and other special offerings that will help the new venue to stand out in its ever-more crowded neighborhood.
