When I tell people about the many great places I get to eat, many of them complain that they would go, but that it takes too long.

Fortunately, I found a great new way to get to dinner (or anywhere else, for that matter)!

New England Corvette rents the latest and most powerful American muscle cars for date nights, weekend getaways, or whatever plan you and Owner Mike O’Leary can come up with. One of the most popular plans is his pre-set romantic getaway, that offers a GPS-ed tour of the Merrimack Valley, complete with stops at the Anheiser-Busch factory in Merrimack, NH, self-guided stops at various roadside stands and scenic overlooks, and a delicious and beautifully-set dinner at Gibbet Hill Grill in Groton.

In addition to offering fresh, farm-to-plate delights, most of which come from their own farm, Gibbet Hill has a gorgeous event space that is popular among couples and corporate planners alike. Needless to say, it is a kick top pull up to someone else’s big event in the coolest car, but even if you go it alone, a meal or event a Gibbet Hill is always a treat and one that is worth the drive in any vehicle (though I do recommend the Stingray!).
