The following is a “script” for one of Matt’s segments:
As the New England Chocolate Festival is just a few weeks away (on October 12), it is a good time to sweeten up your own cacao-enrobed skills. And while a visit to Captain Jackson’s in the North End is a fine place to see how chocolate was made during the days of the American Revolution, you may need to go a bit out of town to learn the latest of today’s tricks.
Beth became a certified Master Chocolatier in 2015, and in less than five years, she has already won 10 international awards for hew creations, including gold medals for her scrumptiously healthy pomegranate bonbonsand her intoxicatingsingle malt whisky bonbons.
During the warmer months, it gets tricky to make fresh chocolates, so she does less creating and no shipping. Come Chocolate Festival time, however, she will be running at full steam in order to keep up with her ever-increasing demand.
On September 22, Beth will share some of her sweetest secrets at a class at her home in Newton. She can also be asked to host a special class or tasting or even to create a one-of-a-kind chocolate-covered event. To find out more, just visit her website or visit her at the Chocolate Festival on October 12.
