Langham Hotel Chocolate Brunch
I have one word for today, Jordan- Chocolate!
In all my years of doing the food thing, there is no place I have eaten at or written and talked about more than the Boston Chocolate Tour from Old Town Trolley. And while I love the delicious view from Top of the Hub, the signature stop is at the Langham Hotel’s world-famous Chocolate Buffet. In addition to being one of the biggest and most satisfying chocolate-based dining events, the Buffet is also one of the most established, having been putting smiles on favcs of locals and tourists alike for 28 years.
Starting on the weekend of September 10, Executive Chef Mark Sapienza and Executive Pastry Chef Ryan Pike will start the new season of sensational Saturdays with a multi-sensual extravaganza of chocolate dishes that evoke and inspire Sight, Smell, Sound, Touch and of course, Taste. In addition to white chocolate lemon crunch, dark chocolate truffles dipped in Pop Rocks, and a build-your-own crepe station, the new season will also offer a confectionary station that reveals some of Chef Ryan’s sweet secrets. There is also a vegan station so that everyone can enjoy and indulge!
Reservations for the tour can be made at www.trolleytours.com and for the buffet itself at www.langhamhotels.com/boston and each seating comes with complimentary coffee to wash down and pep up whatever sweet delights you desire.
So to sum up- Chocolate!
Enjoy!
