As places like Battle Road Brew House continue to raise the bar in the craft brew world that was first set by Sam Adams, Harpoon, and other local legends, there is a new service that allows pretty much any bar brew their own beer onsite.
SmartBrew sends the premade wort to the venue, who then add their own hops, water, and unique ingredients to make any flavor they want. By dividing the process into two parts, SmartBrew simplifies and minimizes the space needed for the beer to be made and opens the opportunity to more venues. In fact, the basic system can be housed in only 150 square feet but is scalable for as much room and beer as you can handle!
The system was developed by award-winning brewmaster Brian Watson and he personally guides and trains managers on how to use the SmartBrew system and also how to customize recipes so that everyone ends up satisfied and happy!
