Boston is known for being a great food city and also one of the most philanthropic cities in the nation.
On June 7, these two elements come together deliciously at Taste of the Nation Boston which will be presented by Share Our Strength and hosted by Restaurant: Impossible’s Taniya Nayak at the Boston Cruiseport.
Among the 60 stellar chefs who will be presenting at the fundraising event are Join Jody Adams of Rialto, Joanne Chang of Flour Bakery and Myers & Chang, Gordon Hamersley of the sorely missed Hamersley’s Bistro, community-minded Pit Boss Andy Husbands of Tremont 647 and the eagerly awaited Smoke Shop, and Tony Maws of Craigie on Main. The event will also feature great local beer, wines and spirits from some of the region’s top brewmasters, sommeliers and mixologists.
It is a great event for a great cause and one that is perfect for Boston famed foodies, philanthropists, and anyone who wants to help curb the hunger problem in MA and America.
