Le Alpi pops up at Eataly

Matt regularly appears with Jordan Rich on “Connoisseur’s Corner” which airs on WBZ (https://wbznewsradio.iheart.com/) weekdays at 11:55 AM.

The following is a “script” for one of Matt’s segments:

With the crazy weather we have been enjoying (“enjoying”?) lately, it is tempting to get away. But who has the time?
Fortunately, our friends at Eataly at the Pru have recently launched a new pop-up experience that allows guests to experience not only their internationally-famed Italian market, but also the food and feel of the Alps themselves.

Named (appropriately enough) Le Alpi, the new eatery is inspired by Northern Italy and will surely inspire adventurous meals both on site and at homes and offices throughout the Back Bay range. As befits a mountainous region, the food is hearty, warming, and satisfying, with a menu that includes authentic bruschette and antipasti, as well as freshly-made salads, pastas, and mains that range from pork sausages to creamy wild-hive polenta with brisket ragu, and that also features raclette cheese melted over crispy potatoes.

So the next time you want to raise the altitude of your workday attitude, head up to Le Alpi.
