While many of us are still coveting our neighbor’s snowblowers, the folks from the National Marine Manufacturers Association are rigging up this year’s edition of the New England Boat Show, which docks from February10-18 at the Boston Convention Center.
While the show always brings great floats,this year it will have great food as well!
In addition to over 600 boats and 250 exhibitors, a US Coast Guard ship, a life-ized inflatable whale, and even model boats they can take home as souvenirs, guests will also be able to enjoy hardtack and other seworthy treats from the talented team at Coppersmith which is just a league away in South Boston.
In addition to serving up delicious BBQ and some nautically-inspired dishes as well (including tuna tartare wontons and prime rib sliders), the Copppersmith crew will also offer live cooking demos. As a quid pro quo from the show, they will also displaying a boat in the restaurant throughout the week, so even landlubbers can get in on the fun!
