Feast with 45 June 29

Hall of Famer Pedro Martinez has always been adept at surrounding himself with talent. Whether it be on the Diamond or in the offices of his charitable foundation which helps over 1000,000 people in his native home of the Dominican Republic or his adopted home of Boston.

That is why it may come as no surprise to learn of the lineup of local legends he has invited to participate in the second annual Feast with 45 at Fenway Park on June 29 at 6:30 PM.

In addition to having an opportunity to see the premiere pitcher and his best teammate, Foundation Executive Director Carolina Matinez, guests will enjoy the specially-prepared dishes by the likes of Brasserie Jo’s Nick Calias, Citrus and Salt’s Jason Santos, Davios’ Rodney Murillo , Boston Chops’ Chris Coombs, and Craigie on Main’s Tony Maws (some of whom are also participating in Chef Nick’s Tuesday night Rooftop Chefs series at the Colonnade Hotel). All proceeds will go to the Foundation, which helps improve and transform lives through education and social services.

So even if you have trouble reaching home plate on a bounce, you can definitely hit a home run when you spend a delicious and philanthropic night with Pedro and his talented friends.
