The following is a “script” for one of Matt’s segments:

While bacon continues to old on (though I cannot for the life of me understand why), avocados are quickly rising through the ranks to the top of the food chain. And while nearly everyone offers it on toast or turned into guac before your eyes, it is often a fickle fruit that can difficult to deal with at home.

Fortunately, the folks at Kumana Foods have found a way to take fresh avocadoes and put them in a bottle that is shelf-stable and brings a fresh favorite flavor to many more dishes than just their molcajete.

Combining creamy avocados with fresh onion, pepper, cilantro, garlic, and a splash of white vinegar, the basic Kumana sauce brings a tangy punch to any plate. The “be sweet” variety adds mango and the “be hot” adds habanero to the mix, making it as useful and flexible a condiment as your favorite salsa, but with more nutritional value!

Speaking of nutrition, plant-based Kumana is non-GMO and has no added sugar, making it a true one-of-a-kind condiment that tastes great on pretty much anything from breakfast burritos to bison burgers.

So if bacon leaves you feeling a bit flat (or fat), get on the new flavor train with Kumana.
