PLEASE support your local food providers and STAY WELL!

The South End is home to many of the Boston area’s best eateries and so is taking it especially hard during this difficult time. And while many of our favorite places are delivering and offering other new items and options for locals and long-distance fans alike, a few are going even further than that to connect with and serve the community.

Among these local champions in Anoush’ella Kitchen, the Armenian-based Mediterranean eatery on Washington Street.

While the family behind Anous’-ella had to close their outposts in Lynnfield and Fenway for the time being, but not only have they focused their efforts on keeping their own staff employed in the South End, they have gone so far as to reach out to others who have been negatively affected.

In addition to offering takeout for pickup and delivery every day from 11 AM to 9 PM from their South End home, they are also offering up to 70 free meals a day to out-of-work hospitality workers. So not only can you enjoy delicious, healthful food while helping to keep one of the area’s favorite places open and thriving during these challenging times, you vcan help support an entire neighborhood and community and maybe an entire industry!

Whether it is because they are Amrenian and know what it is like to face difficulty or because they are just good people who want to help as much as they can, the Festekjians are doing more than their fair share to help others and we all should do all we can to support them and all of our local favorites.
