B.GOOD is seeking 2018 Customer of the Year

Matt regularly appears with Jordan Rich on “Connoisseur’s Corner” which airs on WBZ (http://boston.cbslocal.com) weekdays at 11:55 AM.

The following is a “script” for one of Matt’s segments:

Trip Advisor has revolutionized travel and has also changed the landscape in what has come to be called the Newton-Needham corridor. While the revolution has apparently yet to come to the restaurant scene there, we are fortunate enough to have the dynamic duo of Farm Grill and B. Good.

Despite their continued expansion, B. Good has never lost its farm-to-table feel. In fact, the Newton shop has herbs growing right in the dining room!

So it may be no surprise that this fan-first fast casual franchise is looking not just for new customers but for the Customer of the Year. The chosen customer will receive a free meal a day for a year, a restaurant named in their honor for a week, and a two-day trip to Boston to develop a new dish with Chef Tony Rosenfeld.

Dedicated diners who wish to enter are encouraged to go to BGOOD.com/customer-of-the-year (Gotta’ love those hyphens!) between now and February 5 and tell or show in their own way why they should be chosen. Voting will be open to the public at the same site on February 7 and 8 and the winner will be announced on March 4.

The best part is that, even if you do not win (or do not even enter), you van always be sure to get real food created by real people relatively quickly and not feel icky afterwards. So even if you are not selected as being the best, you can always be sure to be good.
